99 Pieces (2007)

Awakening one fateful day to find his wife missing and his house filled with lumber, an outwardly normal man must solve a mysterious puzzle in order to save his wife's safe return. By all accounts, Joshua Licet was far from extraordinary; he lives in an average home, held a modest job, and had a normal wife. Then, one day, everything changed. Joshua's wife has vanished without a trace, and in order to get her back he will be forced to play a most malevolent game. Instructed to board up his home for forty days and forty nights, Joshua will be forced to give up freedom, electricity, water, and even food as he attempts to discover the truth about his connection to four men he doesn't even know. In order to survive Joshua will have to sacrifice, and in order to sacrifice, he will close himself off from the world. As the clock starts to tick, Joshua realizes that his only hope of getting his wife back alive rests with his ability to remain thinking and functional under unimaginable stress.
