Fear of Clowns (2005)

Everyone knows that there's almost nothing scarier than clowns, and the one that haunts this B-grade horror flick rivals its predecessors for sheer terror. A young painter (Jackie Reres) exorcises her coulrophobia (fear of clowns) in her work, but now one of her horrific images seems to have come to life and is killing off her friends and terrorizing her.
